Events & Activities

InsideOut Children’s Ministries is divided into three age groups:

Nursery: Newborn to 3 years old

Preschool: Ages 4 and 5 years old

Elementary: First through fifth grade

There are three main locations for events at Erie First:

The Ark: This is our central hub for children’s ministries. Located in our children’s courtyard, The Ark is where families check-in their kids for InsideOut events.

InsideOut Chapel: The chapel is the location for InsideOut’s Sunday services and many special events. This kid-focused area features a large interactive set with crazy lights, games, video screen and even a puppet stage!

The Ark Playland: A sight to be seen, the playland at Erie First is the largest indoor playland in the area. This fun-filled area features spaces to climb, slide, jump and run all in an amazing under-water themed environment.

InsideOut's Mission

The children's ministry at Erie First Assembly exists to deeply impact the lives of children. We are committed to introducing children to Jesus, mentoring them so that they become more like Jesus, providing an atmosphere in which they can worship Jesus, accepting them for whom God has created them to be, connecting them to other Christians their age, and training them to serve one another.

The Great Commandment: Matthew 22:36-40

"'Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?' Jesus replied: ''Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.''

The Great Commission: Matthew 28:19-20

"Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
