John Richardson – EFCA Superintendent
Pastor John Richardson is the Superintendent and High School Principal of Erie First Christian Academy (K-12) and the Early Education Center (Daycare and Pre-School).
Pastor John has been married to his wife, Celeste, have 5 children: Johnny and his wife Chelsea, Christa, Chelsea and her husband Joel, Charity and her husband Matt, and Chloe and her husband Luke.
He has been involved in ministry for almost 40 years, serving as Administrator of five church-school partnerships. He was born in Orlando, Florida, but grew up in Aurora, Colorado. He lived for 25 years in southern California before joining Erie First Assembly in August of 1999.
Pastor John holds a Bachelors degree in Religious Education from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. He has also completed course work for a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne in California and a Masters in Church Leadership from Vanguard University. He is currently working towards his Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. He holds ordination credentials with the Assemblies of God and a Superintendent’s certificate with the Association of Christian Schools International. Having a great passion for the Word and helping people discover their giftedness, Pastor John has taught numerous Bible and Leadership seminars for ACSI and various other ministries.
